As of March 2025, we are OFTEC registered installers.
Established in 1991, OFTEC promotes “professional and technical standards for technicians and businesses working in the industry and, by doing so, support the needs of heating users.” By working closely with local and national governments, standards organisations, and certification bodies, an OFTEC registration guarantees the work completed on your solid fuel appliance is of the highest quality and compliance.
Having passed their assessment process, this registration will be used to certify installations and provide technical support.

- Six-month Workmanship Warranty – “in the unlikely event that work does not meet building regulations and the installer is no longer trading, the work will still be covered.”
One of the most significant pull factors to be OFTEC registered was their Stove Industry Alliance (SIA) membership. The SIA champions the use of modern, efficient stoves to reduce emissions, raise awareness and disprove misinformation. It is very important to us to work with organisations that support the SIA and the wider industry.
